We worked at Goldman Sachs and Hearst before we ever touched Shopify. Then we ran our own store, began helping brands get online during Covid, and never stopped. Since then we have shipped 500+ stores, and every one of them came back needing care. That is why care is the product now.

Every task is handled in-house by our senior, US-based studio team. We do not outsource, ever. No offshore contractors, no juniors learning on your store, no account manager between you and the people building it. And as founders, our names are on every store that ships.

The honest answers

What does the care actually cover?

If it lives in Shopify, it is covered: design, development, custom sections, landing pages, SEO, structured data for AI search, speed, apps, email templates. You send tasks, one runs at a time, most land in about 24 hours. Between tasks, we watch the store.

Is the redesign really free?

Yes. The build costs you nothing beyond the plan. Agencies quote five figures for the same work, hand it over, and leave. We fold the build into the year because a new design needs someone after launch anyway, and that someone is the actual product.

What is the catch?

There is no catch, just math that favors patience. A store with a better design sells more. A store that sells more stays with us longer. And once an owner has a studio that keeps everything fast, findable and fresh, they rarely go back to hunting for freelancers. The build costs us a few weeks and earns us a relationship that lasts years. That is why we can afford to give it away, and why we want to. We build relationships, one store at a time.

Can I buy the redesign without the plan?

No, and that is deliberate. A build with nobody staying to care for it ages badly, and we would rather not sign our name to that. The build exists only as the bonus of the annual plan.

What if I cancel mid-year?

Everything we built is yours from day one, live on your store. If you leave early, you keep all of it and settle the remaining months. No penalties, no clawbacks, no drama.

Can I leave and come back later?

Always. Plenty of stores need us hard for a season and barely at all the next. When you come back, your setup, your history and our notes are still here, and we pick up where we left off. The door never locks behind you.

Monthly or annual?

Monthly is $500, cancel anytime, and covers the full care. Annual includes the free build and comes two ways: $5,000 upfront, which saves you $1,000, or $500 × 12 with a twelve-month commitment. If your store needs the rebuild, annual is the obvious math. If it does not, monthly is exactly right.

Can I try you out first?

Yes, and both doors open free. If your store needs the rebuild, start with the free design idea and see exactly what we would build. If you just want the care, send us your first task and we ship it free. No card either way.

I am not on Shopify. Does this work for me?

That is exactly who this is for. The migration takes the place of the redesign: we move your products, customers and Google rankings to Shopify, rebuild the design properly, and redirect every old URL so nothing you have earned is lost.

My store already looks great. Why would I join?
